At Herbals Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, our 15-Day Refund & Exchange Policy has you covered.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You can request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Request a Refund/Exchange
1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 15 days of delivery.
2. Provide details of your order along with pictures of the damaged/defective product.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Resolution Options
Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange: We will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
Important Notes
Refunds and exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged, broken, or defective products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, partially consumed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
