Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your product.

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

Damaged or defective upon delivery

Incorrect product delivered (different from what you ordered)


The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery through email or WhatsApp.


2. Provide your order details along with clear pictures of the product.


3. Our team will verify and approve your return request.

 

Return Options

Exchange: A replacement product will be sent free of charge.

Refund: If you prefer, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Used or partially consumed products

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Products without original packaging
